- Q. What is Get Hana Sushi ?
- A. Get Hana Sushi is a term that refers to rolls that have rice on the outside. In Asia, the seaweed that goes around the outside of sushi rolls is idiomatically referred to as the clothing around the sushi. Rolls with rice on the outside are unclothed. Thus the term Get Hana Sushi.
- Q. What are Get Hana Sushi business hours?
- A. Our delivery operation hours are Monday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. We only deliver during our operation hours. For advanced orders, please be sure to specify the time you would like to receive your food in the comments section during checkout.
- Q. I have been charged multiple times for my order. What should I do?
- A. If you have received a declined transaction for credit card orders due to an address verification mismatch (AVS) or incorrectly input fields, the attempted charge will show on your statement. Authorize.net, our credit card merchant, puts declined transactions on hold for 2 business days and clears the hold after they have resolved the decline. If you have multiple charges showing on your account, wait 2 business days for it to clear. If it does not clear, please feel free to contact us at gethanasushi@gmail.com
- Q. Why do I have to set my cookies to be enabled?
- A. To complete an order online with GetHanaSushi.com, it's best to have cookies enabled in your browser. By enabling cookies you will be sharing information that helps GetHanaSushi.com provide you a better online experience. If you don't have cookies and would like to know how, follow the directions below (Note that in IE 6.0 the setting for cookies is under the "Privacy Tab"):1.In your Web browser menu (at the top of the page) select the menu "Tools"

- Q. How does GetHanaSushi.com prevent fraud with credit card orders?
- A. We utilize Address Verification Service (AVS) as a security feature to help prevent fraud. With AVS, your billing address is verified against the address on file for your credit card number. In addition to SSL encryption and AVS features, a highly trained risk management team monitors each transaction to ensure safety that you can trust.

- Q. What is miso soup?
- A. Miso soup is a vegetarian based broth made from fermented soy bean paste. In Japan, miso soup and white rice make up the traditional Japanese breakfast, and so most Japanese people eat miso soup at least once a day. The soup has been a favorite of commoners and royalty alike for many centuries.
- Q. What is Tempura?
- A. Tempura is a classic Japanese deep-fry batter comprised of eggs, flour and water. At Get Hana Sushi, we deep fry our Tempura in quality sesame oil. It's quite tasty!
- Q. What is masago?
- A. Masago is the roe from the smelt fish, used to top sushi and sashimi dishes because of the bright color and mild flavor of the tiny eggs. You can customize your order and have any rolls with or without masago.
- Q. What are the different sushi wrap options?
- A. We have recently implemented an option for different kinds of sushi wraps for your rolls. Now you can choose regular sushi rice, brown rice or soy paper. If you pick no option, your order will, by default, come with seasoned sushi rice. Brown rice is an unseasoned health conscious option that promotes better digestion. You can also pick soy paper, which takes the place of the seaweed in our rolls. Rice is still included with soy wrapped rolls.
- Q. Can I order a partial or half roll?
- A. Because we make your rolls to order, we cannot sell partial or half rolls. If we only sell half a roll, the other half would have to be thrown away.
- Q. Can I substitute rolls in the combos?
- A. The combos are Get Hana Sushi specials and are priced accordingly. We cannot substitute any of the rolls in the combos.
- Q. What vegetarian dishes does GetHanaSushi.com offer?
- A. Check out our menu. We have a vegetarian menu for you.
- Ordering Questions
- Q. Are there time restrictions on when I can place my order?
- A. We accept orders and deliver only during delivery operation hours. Our delivery operation hours are Monday thorugh Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Last order is at 2:00 a.m. daily. We deliver every order that is put in before 2:00 a.m. We are closed on Sundays.
- Q. Can I make future/advance orders?
- A. We accept orders for future dates! You can place your orders up to 14 days in advance. Simply note the time and date you wish your order to arrive in the comments box upon checkout. Advanced orders will be delivered within 10 minutes of the requested time!
- Q. How will I know when GetHanaSushi.com has received my order?
- A. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification stating your purchase order. If no email is received within 10 minutes of purchase completion, please give us a email to gethanasushi@gmail.com. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and orders will not go out although you may receive a confirmation email.
- Q. Can I make a phone order?
- A. We no longer accept phone orders. Our innovative online system is exclusively designed for convenience and efficiency. Online orders are processed directly, ensuring faster delivery time.

- Q. How much am I being charged for delivery?
- A. Our uncompromising commitment goes beyond just the quality of food. We are the first Japanese restaurant to offer delivery to your door, free of charge!! While delivery is free, we charge $2.5 for packaging and handling fee per order.
- Q. Is there a set minimum purchase amount for delivery orders?
- A. There is a $25 minimum for delivery service.
- Q. Does the driver have change for large bills?
- A. Your driver will not have over $25 in change. Please prepare accordingly when paying in cash.
- Q. Can I tip my driver when paying with a credit card?
- A. Yes! Just go to the paypal.com and send money to gethanasushi@gmail.com
- Q. How long should I expect to wait for my food?
- A. The expected time for delivery is generally 45 minutes to an hour after confirmation is received. However, times may vary with increased traffic. Orders made in advance will be delivered within 10 minutes of requested time.

- A. Currently, Get Hana Sushi only delivers to select locations as indicated on the map below.
